24 Hour Road Service

Our fleet has a total of 4 road service trucks, along with qualified technicians for the job you need done. Depending on the nature of your breakdown, we will dispatch the most proficient service truck to your location 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Our heavy duty mechanical service truck is even equipped with a laptop with all of the software diagnostic equipment for Cummins, Detroit, Mack, Caterpillar, International, Volvo, and Allison.

Along with our service trucks we also send the most qualified technician for the job.

No need to worry about parts either because we carry the most common breakdown parts on our service trucks as well.

24 Hour Live Dispatch

When you call on Tommie's Auto and Diesel, night or day, you will speak to a live dispatcher that has a full understanding of your needs.

So don’t worry about those answering machines or hired answering services for false advertisements, we will assist you promptly at Tommie's Auto and Diesel because experience does matter in your stressful times.

24 Hour Wrecker and Recovery

Tommie's Auto and Diesel has a wrecker for any job no matter what size it is! We also have operators certified by Wreckmaster.

Tommie's Auto and Diesel maintains the legal and proper insurance required by state and all of their customers accounts. Anything that is on the US roads today, Tommie's can tow it or recover it.

When Tommie's goes to a recovery we always send out a recovery supervisor as well as a fully staffed recovery team.

When it comes to danger or Haz-Mat, there's no need for you to panic because the experience of our "S.R.S." Specialty Rescue Services Team will assist us in that type of recovery.

Digital imaging is also available with our wrecker services. Tommie's has plenty of storage space at our facility with security.

Digital Imaging Services

If you're a customer of ours, we'll provide photographs of your incident - your recovery - through our Customer Center. We'll add you to our list of valued customers and you'll receive an email to let you know you've been added. You'll also receive your login information.

If you have an incident and as photographs become available, you'll receive email messages to let you know that your images are ready for viewing.

All you'll need to do is login to our Customer Center and view them. You even have the capability to save them to your computer while you're there.

Repair Facility

Our repair facility is 25,000 sq. ft. on 5 acres of land fully fenced in with security.

We have the most innovated diagnostic equipment available on the market today with factory software for Autos and Diesels. Tools, equipment, as well as qualified technicians are what it takes to get the repair complete on your vehicle.

All of our technicians have at least 10 years of experience or more. Every job that comes through our shop gets a complete estimate before the repairs are made. Our service writers stay in communication with our customers.
